In the prior art, a fatigue state can occur when a driver controls a vehicle to drive alltime, and accidents can be caused; according to the invention, the state of the hand of a driver in a steering wheel of a vehicle is judged, and then the early warning prompt of the vehicle disengaging from the hand is carried out according to the hand state result of the driver, so that the early warning prompt can be carried out according to the hand state of the driver while the transverse control safety of the vehicle is ensured.

    本发明涉及车辆技术领域,公开了一种车辆自动驾驶横向控制方法及装置,该方法包括:获取预置电容传感器采集的当前电容值,预置电容传感器设置于车辆方向盘上;根据当前电容值确定驾驶员手部状态结果;判断驾驶员手部状态结果是否满足预设手部状态条件;在驾驶员手部状态结果不满足预设手部状态条件时,根据驾驶员手部状态结果进行车辆脱手预警提示。由于现有技术中驾驶员时刻操控车辆驾驶会出现疲劳状态,会导致发生意外,而本发明通过判断驾驶员的手部在车辆方向盘的状态,之后根据驾驶员手部状态结果进行车辆脱手预警提示,实现了在保证车辆横向控制安全的同时,能够根据驾驶员的手部状态进行预警提示。
