The embodiment of the invention provides a safety protection early warning method, device and system of railway upper track operating personnel. The method comprises the steps: giving an alarm when any one first alarm signal of a radar detector, a vibration detector and an optical detector is received; if any second alarm signal from the radar detector, the vibration detector and the optical detector forwarded by a management platform is received, determining whether the any second alarm signal is repeated with the any first alarm signal, and if not, giving the alarm; and if an alarm signal that an operator exceeds a safe operation area sent by the management platform is received, and giving the alarm. According to the method, the device and the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, dependence on manual early warning personnel is eliminated, the interference of a natural environment is reduced, and early warning efficiency and accuracy are improved.

    本发明实施例提供一种铁路上道作业人员安全防护预警方法、装置和系统,该方法包括:接收到雷达检测器、振动检测器和光学检测器中的任一第一报警信号,则进行报警;接收到管理平台转发的来自雷达检测器、振动检测器和光学检测器中的任一第二报警信号,则判断所述任一第二报警信号是否与所述任一第一报警信号重复,若否,则进行报警;接收到管理平台发出的作业人员超出安全作业区域的报警信号,则进行报警。本发明实施例提供的方法、装置和系统,实现了摆脱对人工预警人员的依赖且减少受到自然环境的干扰,提高了预警的效率和准确率。
