The invention relates to the field of suspension type rail transportation, in particular to a suspension type monorail system. The monorail system comprises a rail beam, a power frame, a carrier, a supporting device and the like, wherein the supporting device supports the rail beam, an opening is formed in the lower portion of the rail beam, and the power frame is located in the rail beam. A guideplate is arranged at the upper part in the track beam; the two side edges of the upper portion of the power frame are provided with two sets of matched guide wheels respectively, the guide wheels make close contact with or are adjacent to the guide plates, and when the power frame turns, centripetal force is provided for the power frame under the action of the guide plates and the guide wheels, and the power frame keeps high stability. Compared with an existing monorail system, the monorail system is more compact in overall structure, and the weight of the track beam per unit length is reduced; besides, due to the high stability and the guiding action mode of operation of the power frame, the requirement of the system for the precision of the track beam is greatly reduced, and the engineering cost can be greatly reduced while the operation stability is improved.

    本申请涉及悬挂式轨道运输领域,具体涉及悬挂式单轨系统。所述单轨系统包括轨道梁、动力车架、载具和支撑装置等结构,所述支撑装置支撑轨道梁,所述轨道梁下部开口,动力车架位于轨道梁内。所述轨道梁在其内部的上部设有导向板,所述动力车架在上部的两侧边分别设有匹配的两组导向轮,所述导向轮与导向板贴紧接触或相邻,在动力车架转弯时,通过导向板和导向轮的作用为动力车架提供向心力并使动力车架保持高稳定性。相比现有单轨系统,本申请所述单轨系统整体结构更加紧凑,单位长度的轨道梁重量下降;另外,得益于动力车架运行的高稳定性和导向作用方式,本系统对轨道梁的精度要求大幅降低,可以在提升运行稳定性的同时大幅降低工程成本。
