The invention discloses a vehicle torque safety monitoring method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that vehicle driving state data and vehicle real-time torque are obtained, and whether the torque of a vehicle is abnormal or not is determined according to the vehicle driving state data and the vehicle real-time torque; when the vehicle torque is abnormal,the vehicle overrun speed and the vehicle overrun displacement are determined according to the vehicle driving state data and the vehicle real-time torque; and if the vehicle overrun speed and/or thevehicle overrun displacement exceed/exceeds the corresponding safety threshold value, the vehicle motor is controlled to stop outputting. According to the embodiment of the invention, the torque valueis analyzed; when the torque is abnormal, the vehicle overrun speed and the vehicle overrun displacement which are possibly generated are judged under different conditions; the problem that accidentshappen due to the fact that a vehicle is too sensitive to fault triggering or the triggering time is not reasonable is solved, the effects that the torque of the vehicle is monitored more accurately,and the fault triggering time is more reasonable are achieved, and the safety of the vehicle in the running process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车辆扭矩安全监控方法、装置、汽车及存储介质。该方法包括:获取车辆行驶状态数据和车辆实时扭矩,根据车辆行驶状态数据和车辆实时扭矩确定车辆是否扭矩异常;当车辆扭矩异常时,则根据车辆行驶状态数据和车辆实时扭矩确定车辆超限速度和车辆超限位移;如果车辆超限速度和/或车辆超限位移超过相应的安全阈值,则控制车辆电机停止输出。本发明实施例不仅对扭矩值进行分析,还在扭矩异常时对可能会产生的车辆超限速度和车辆超限位移进行不同情况的判断,解决了车辆因对故障触发过于灵敏或触发时机不合理而导致意外事故发生的问题,实现了对车辆扭矩更加准确的监控,故障触发时机更加合理的效果,提高了车辆行驶过程中的安全性。
