The invention discloses an electric instructional car transmission system. The system comprises a motor, a connecting flange, a coupling, a flywheel, a clutch assembly and a gearbox which are arrangedin sequence, wherein the right end of the motor is provided with a motor outer end face and a convex output shaft arranged in the middle of the motor outer end face. An inner shaft hole is formed inthe middle of the output shaft; a flange cavity is formed in the middle of the connecting flange; the outer end surface of the motor is centered and connected with the left end of the connecting flange; the right end of the connecting flange is in centering connection with the left end of the gearbox; the output shaft is connected with the left end of the flywheel in a centered mode through the coupler, the right end of the flywheel is connected with the clutch assembly in a centered mode, the left end of the first gearbox shaft is inserted into a spline forming hole in the middle of the clutch assembly, the coupler, the flywheel and the clutch assembly are all located in the flange cavity, and the output shaft, the connecting flange and the first gearbox shaft are coaxially arranged. According to the system, the centering precision is high, vibration abnormal sounds of a transmission system are not likely to be caused, operation is easy, and the manufacturing cost and the assembling cost are low.

    一种电动教练车传动系统,包括依次设置的电机、连接法兰、联轴器、飞轮、离合器总成、变速箱,其中,电机的右端设置有电机外端面及其中部设置的外凸的输出轴,输出轴的中部开设有内轴孔,连接法兰的中部开设有法兰腔,电机外端面与连接法兰的左端对中连接,连接法兰的右端与变速箱的左端对中连接,输出轴经联轴器与飞轮的左端对中连接,飞轮的右端与离合器总成对中连接,离合器总成中部的成花键孔内插入有变速箱一轴的左端部,联轴器、飞轮、离合器总成都位于法兰腔内,且输出轴、连接法兰、变速箱一轴同轴设置。本设计不仅对中精度较高,不易引发传动系统振动异响,而且易于操作,制作、装配成本均较低。
