The invention discloses a rapid preparation method of an aerostat capsule material trial-manufactured part. The rapid preparation method comprises the following steps: designing the surface density, the thickness, the thickness of each layer structure and the processing mode of a to-be-prepared capsule material, compounding the weather-proof layer film material and the barrier layer film to form acomposite film by adopting one or more of a hot plate heat sealing mode, a high-frequency heat sealing mode and a hot air heat sealing mode, compounding the prepared composite film and the force bearing layer to form a capsule body material, detecting the basic performance of the capsule material, and preliminarily evaluating a compounding mode. The feasibility of the designed capsule material structure is verified more quickly, preliminary judgment is conducted on the machining process and the structural design, the complex machining process of large machining equipment is avoided, time is saved, and adjustment and improvement can be conducted more quickly.

    本发明公开一种浮空器囊体材料试制件的快捷制备方法,包括步骤:对要制备的囊体材料的面密度、厚度、各层结构进行厚度和加工方式的设计;采用热板热合、高频热合及热风热合方式中的一种或多种将耐候层薄膜材料与阻隔层膜进行复合形成复合膜,将制备的所述复合膜与承力层复合形成囊体材料;对所述囊体材料的基本性能进行检测,对复合方式进行初步评价;发明更加快速的验证设计的囊体材料结构的可行性,对于加工工艺、结构设计进行初步的判断,避免了大型加工设备复杂的加工流程,节省时间,可以更快的进行调整、改进。
