The invention discloses a national and provincial arterial traffic flow information monitoring method, relates to the related field of traffic flow monitoring, and aims to solve the problems that theprecision of current national and provincial arterial traffic flow information monitoring is reduced along with the increase of the service life, and measures taken after traffic flow abnormality is monitored are relatively simple. The method comprises the following steps: S1, dividing monitoring points according to normal traffic flow; S2, arranging a positioning chip, installing a microwave detector and a video detector, and arranging a monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle; S3, collecting, by a video detector, road section videos through a camera and detects vehicle speed and vehicle flow information; S4, measuring, by the microwave detector, the vehicle speed and the vehicle flow; S5, combining, by a central processing host, the traffic flow information, the vehicle speed and the shot video information of each monitoring point; S6, and performing, by a commander, traffic dispersion and regulation and control according to the information, integrated by the central processing host, of each monitoring point.

    本发明公开了一种国省干线交通流量信息监测方法,涉及交通流量监测相关领域,为解决目前国省干线交通流量信息监测随着使用年限的增加而精度降低,且监测到车流量异常后采取的措施较为简单的问题。包括如下步骤:S1:根据正常车流量划分监测点;S2:布设定位芯片,安装微波检测器和视频检测器,布设一台监控无人机;S3:视频检测器通过摄像头采集路段视频,检测车速和车流量信息;S4:微波检测器测量车辆速度和车流量;S5:中央处理主机整合每个监测点的车流量信息、车辆速度和拍摄视频信息;S6:指挥人员根据中央处理主机整合的每个监测点的信息进行交通疏导和调控。
