The invention provides a marine high-static-pressure-resistant pressure difference measuring device, a ship and a measuring method. The device comprises a shell, a pressure difference sensor and a signal output part. The first end of the shell in the length direction is used for being connected with a hull shell, and the second end of the shell in the length direction extends into the hull shell.The shell is provided with a first pressure inlet hole, a second pressure inlet hole and a containing cavity communicating with the first pressure inlet hole and the second pressure inlet hole. The pressure difference sensor is arranged in the containing cavity, a first sensing end of the pressure difference sensor is communicated with the first pressure inlet hole, and a second sensing end of thepressure difference sensor is communicated with the second pressure inlet hole; and the signal output part is connected with the shell and is electrically connected with the pressure difference sensor. According to the marine high-static-pressure-resistant pressure difference measuring device, the ship and the measuring method, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of a shipbody is measured by one pressure difference sensor according to the received media from the outside and the inside of the ship body, the static pressure on the two sides of each pressure difference sensor is offset, meanwhile, errors caused by inconsistent environments do not exist, and the measuring precision is high.
