The invention discloses a waste heat recycling device. In cold winter, a preheating device and a waste heat recycling device are additionally arranged on a tractor body, after water in a matched watertank is heated to a proper temperature through an electric heater of the preheating device, a water pump of the preheating device drives hot water to circulate at a rear side bent pipe, a right sidebent pipe and a front side bent pipe, and therefore a diesel engine body is heated; the temperature of the engine body rises, the viscosity of engine oil in the engine body is reduced, the resistancemoment of the engine oil is reduced, the temperature rises, the fit clearance of engine parts returns to normal, the lubricating condition is improved, and smooth starting is achieved. After a dieselengine is normally started, the preheating device is stopped, and a tractor normally runs; by means of waste heat emitted by a water tank and an exhaust pipe of the diesel engine, a water jacket of the water tank of the diesel engine, a water jacket of the exhaust pipe and corresponding matched pipelines are additionally arranged, a rear drive shaft of the tractor serves as a power source of a gear pump of the waste heat recycling device, water circularly flows through the water jacket of the water tank of the diesel engine and the water jacket of the exhaust pipe to absorb heat, the heat is continuously brought to a driver seat coil pipe and a backrest coil pipe, and therefore the environment temperature of a driver seat and a backrest of the tractor is increased, the driving work environment becomes relatively comfortable, the fatigue of a driver is relieved, and long-distance driving safety is ensured.

    本发明公开一种余热回收利用装置,寒冷冬季,在拖拉机机身加装预热装置、余热回收装置,通过预热装置电加热器将配套水箱的水加热到适当温度后,由预热装置水泵驱动热水在后侧弯管、右侧弯管、前侧弯管处循环从而加热柴油机机体,机体温度升高,致使机体内机油的粘度降低,机油的阻力矩降低,温度升高使发动机零部件配合间隙回复正常,润滑条件改善,得以顺利启动。柴油机正常启动后,预热装置关闭,拖拉机正常行驶,依托柴油发动机水箱、排气管处散发的余热、增加柴油机水箱水套、排气管水套及相应配套管路,利用拖拉机后驱动轴作为余热回收装置齿轮泵的动力源,水循环流经柴油机水箱水套、排气管水套时吸收热量,将热量源源不断带至司机座椅盘管处和靠背盘管处,进而提升拖拉机司机座椅和靠背处环境温度,使得驾驶工作环境变得相对舒适,延缓司机疲劳,确保了长距离驾驶行车安全。
