The invention discloses an anti-disengaging cross hinge device of an auxiliary lifting winding system. The anti-disengaging cross hinge device comprises a fixed pulley block and a guide pulley block;a steel wire rope is clockwise and alternately wound around a fixed pulley and a movable pulley of a fixed pulley block and a movable pulley block; the fixed pulley block is hung below the guide pulley block through a lifting tool; pair of guide pulleys parallel to each other is installed on the guide pulley block; one fixed pulley block is arranged under each guide pulley; the fixed pulley blockis provided with a steering pulley coaxial with the fixed pulley; the steel wire rope on each side penetrates out of a winch, penetrates through the guide pulley, passes through the steering pulley ona fixed pulley shaft on the right side, and then is alternately wound around the fixed pulley clockwise after passing through the movable pulley so as to realize winding of the hoisting steel wire rope. The steel wire ropes on the two sides are connected between the fixed pulley blocks; pulley shafts on the fixed pulley blocks are perpendicular to pulley shafts of the upper guide pulleys; and thepulley axis planes of one pair of fixed pulley blocks are parallel to the pulley axes of the upper guide pulleys. The anti-disengaging cross hinge device disclosed by the invention can adapt to large-amplitude transverse deflection and is more suitable for an offshore hoisting environment.
