The invention discloses an intelligent electric hoist with a suspension control structure. The intelligent electric hoist comprises a suspension handle assembly, a lifting hook assembly, an electric hoist body, a weighing sensor, two pressure sensors, a control panel, an elastic sheet stay and an elastic sheet, wherein the electric hoist body comprises a driving unit, a chain and a lifting chain wheel; the suspension handle assembly comprises a suspension handle and a floating handle, and the floating handle is slidably mounted at the lower end of the suspension handle; the weighing sensor, the floating handle and the lifting hook assembly are connected through connecting pieces; the elastic sheet stay is fixed inside the floating handle; the elastic sheet is located between the two pressure sensors and is connected with the elastic sheet stay; a main control unit, a suspension control circuit and a sensor processing circuit are arranged on the control panel; and the main control unitcontrols the working state of the driving unit through the suspension control circuit. The intelligent electric hoist has the advantages of automatic switching of the operation modes, stable operation, convenient control and the like.

    本发明公开了一种具有悬浮控制结构的智能电动葫芦,包括悬浮手柄组件、吊钩组件、电动葫芦本体、称重传感器、两个压力传感器、控制板、弹性片拉条和弹性片,电动葫芦本体包括驱动单元、链条、起重链轮,悬浮手柄组件包括悬浮手柄、浮动握柄,浮动握柄可滑动安装在悬浮手柄下端,称重传感器、浮动握柄和吊钩组件之间用连接件相连,弹性片拉条固定在浮动握柄内部,弹性片位于两个压力传感器之间且弹性片与弹性片拉条相连,控制板上设有主控单元、悬浮控制电路和传感器处理电路,主控单元通过悬浮控制电路控制驱动单元的工作状态。本发明具有可自动切换电动葫芦的操作方式,工作平稳,控制方便等优点。
