The invention discloses a tilt cylinder motor suitable for a crane winch. The tilt cylinder motor comprises a front cover and a rear cover, the front cover is fixedly connected with the rear cover, the front cover and the rear cover are matched to form a shell of the motor, an oil through disc is arranged on the rear cover, the oil through disc is fixedly connected with the rear cover, a cross shaft is arranged between the oil through disc and the rear cover, a transmission part is arranged between the front cover and the rear cover, and a control system of the transmission part adopts a hydraulic control system. By the adoption of the scheme, the tilt cylinder motor can be suitable for the crane winch, the functions of the tilt cylinder motor are richer, and a brake of the crane winch canbe controlled; and lifting and lowering of a heavy object is more stably, meanwhile, the functional part is integrated on the oil through disc assembly, installation of the hydraulic pipeline is reduced, the static pressure balance design solves the problems that the interior of the motor is abraded seriously, heat is generated and the like, the motor can work under the conditions of high pressure, high speed and high load, the operation efficiency of the crane is obviously improved, and therefore the tilt cylinder motor can be widely applied to the winch of the crane.

    本发明公开了一种适用于起重机卷扬的摆缸马达,包括前盖和后盖,前盖与后盖之间固定连接,前盖与后盖配合组成马达的壳体所述后盖上设有通油盘,通油盘与后盖之间固定连接,通油盘与后盖之间设有十字轴,所述前盖与后盖之间设有传动部,传动部的控制系统采用液压控制系统;采用本发明方案,使摆缸马达能适用于起重机卷扬,摆缸马达功能更丰富,可控制起重机卷扬的制动器;起吊下放重物更平稳,同时该功能部件集成在通油盘组件上,减少了液压管路的安装,静压平衡设计解决了马达内部磨损严重发热等问题,可以使马达在高压高速高负载的情况下工作,明显提升了起重机作业效率,使摆缸马达可以在起重机卷扬上广泛运用。
