The invention discloses hoisting equipment for a square pile steel mould. The equipment comprises a supporting and moving mechanism and a rotating mechanism arranged on the supporting and moving mechanism, wherein a lifting mechanism is arranged on the rotating mechanism, a grabbing mechanism is connected to the lifting mechanism through a steel wire rope, the lifting mechanism is connected with the rotating mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is connected with the supporting and moving mechanism; and the supporting and moving mechanism comprises a bottom plate, crawler wheels are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate, transverse hydraulic telescopic rods are arranged at the periphery of the bottom plate, and vertical hydraulic telescopic rods are arranged at the front ends of the transverse hydraulic telescopic rods. When the steel wire rope is pulled upwards, a connecting base drives a clamping plate and an inclined plate to move upwards, so that an arc connecting plate and a U-shaped connecting plate drive a clamping frame to clamp and fix a steel mould, and the fixing firmness and the operation convenience are improved; and the wound steel wire ropeis guided by a movable guide wheel, so that the steel wire rope is prevented from being knotted, and the operation stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于方桩钢模的吊装设备,包括支撑移动机构,还包括设置在所述支撑移动机构上的转动机构,所述转动机构上设置有提升机构,所述提升机构上通过钢丝绳连接有抓取机构,所述提升机构与所述转动机构连接,所述转动机构与所述支撑移动机构连接;所述支撑移动机构包括底板,所述底板前后两侧设置有履带轮,所述底板四周设置有横向液压伸缩杆,所述横向液压伸缩杆前端设置有竖向液压伸缩杆。本发明通过钢丝绳在向上拉动时,连接座带动夹板、斜板向上使弧连接板、U型连接板带动夹紧架对钢模夹紧固定,提高了固定的牢靠性,和操作的便利性;通过移动的导向轮对缠绕的钢丝绳进行位置导向,防止钢丝绳打结,提高运行的稳定性。
