The invention discloses an overload prevention control method and an overload prevention control system of a hoisting machine and the hoisting machine. The overload prevention control method comprisesthe following steps: calculating an actual load moment; obtaining a preset load moment range; and when the actual load moment is within the load moment range, reducing the upper limit value of the movement speed range of an arm support system driven by an oil cylinder group. According to the overload prevention control method and the overload prevention control system of the hoisting machine andthe hoisting machine, the safety can be improved.
