The invention provides a transfer sling for a narrow steel coil and an application method of the transfer sling. The transfer sling comprises an upper cylinder body, a lower cylinder body, lifting arms, clamping assemblies, sliding blocks and a lifting head, wherein the two sliding blocks are symmetrically and slidably connected to the two ends of the lower cylinder body, each lifting arm comprises across beam and a vertical arm, the cross beams are fixedly connected to the sliding blocks, each vertical arm is vertically and fixedly connected to the other end of the corresponding cross beam, each clamping assembly comprises a positioning sleeve and a clamping plate, the two positioning sleeves are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the two vertical arms, the clampingplates are fixedly connected to clamping faces, the two clamping plates are used for clamping the steel coil, and the lifting head is fixedly connected to the top of the upper cylinder body and usedfor being connected with a suspension mechanism. According to the transfer sling, the two lifting arms are arranged to move horizontally and oppositely, so that the two clamping assemblies form a structure similar to a clamp, the steel coil can be clamped from the two sides of a rolled face without being pried from a side face, the transfer efficiency is improved, the operation difficulty is lowered, meanwhile it is guaranteed that the rolled face is not damaged, and personnel injuries are avoided.

    本发明提出了一种用于钢材窄卷的转运吊具及其使用方法,包括上缸体、下缸体、吊臂、夹持组件、滑块和吊装头,两个滑块对称的滑动连接于下缸体两端,吊臂包括横梁和垂臂,横梁固定连接于滑块,垂臂竖直的固定连接于横梁另一端,夹持组件包括定位套和夹板,两个定位套对称的固定连接于两个垂臂底端,夹板固定连接于夹持面上,两个夹板用于夹持钢卷,吊装头固定连接于上缸体顶部,吊装头用于连接悬吊机构;设置两个吊臂水平的相向移动,使两个夹持组件形成类似于夹子的结构,从而能够从钢卷卷面两侧将钢卷夹起,而无需从侧面撬动钢卷,既提高了转运效率,降低了作业难度,同时保证了卷面不会受到损伤,也避免了人员伤害。
