The invention particularly relates to a beam type lattice structure which comprises a plurality of cell units connected with one another; each cell unit includes: a plurality of unit cell structures connected to each other; each unit cell structure comprises eight rod pieces, and one end of each rod piece is connected with one end of the other rod piece. In addition, the invention also relates toa micro-truss structure, which comprises two layers of skins which are oppositely arranged; the beam type lattice structure which is arranged between the two layers of skins in a supporting mode.
