The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for improving the performance of a self-flowing cooling system, and a control unit. The method comprises the steps of reading the relation between a cooling capacity coefficient and an additional resistance coefficient and the angle of an outlet grille of a water diversion device; inputting weights of the cooling capacity coefficient and the additional resistance coefficient, and summing to obtain a relation between the weighting capacity coefficient and the angles of the other outlet grids of the water diversion device; and when the weighting capability coefficient is maximum, obtaining the corresponding outlet grid angle of the water diversion device. According to the method for improving the performance of the self-flow cooling system, the outlet grid angle of the water diversion device corresponding to the maximum weighting capacity coefficient is used as the optimal outlet grid angle of the water diversion device of the self-flow cooling system under the current navigational speed working condition, so that the self-flow cooling system obtains the optimal comprehensive performance under the current navigational speed working condition; and moreover, by adjusting the angle of the outlet grid of the water diversion device under different navigational speed working conditions, the defect that the performance of anexisting self-flowing cooling system is difficult to adapt to the requirements of different navigational speed working conditions after design is completed is effectively overcome.

    本发明实施例提供一种提高自流冷却系统性能的方法、装置和控制单元,包括读取冷却能力系数和附加阻力系数与引水装置出口格栅角度的关系;输入冷却能力系数和附加阻力系数的权值并求和得到加权能力系数及其余引水装置出口格栅角度的关系;在加权能力系数最大时,获取所对应的引水装置出口格栅角度。本发明提供的提高自流冷却系统性能的方法,以加权能力系数最大时所对应的引水装置出口格栅角度为当前航速工况下自流冷却系统的最佳引水装置出口格栅角度,使自流冷却系统在当前航速工况获得最佳综合性能,而且通过在不同航速工况时调整引水装置出口格栅角度,有效解决了当前自流冷却系统完成设计后其性能难以与不同航速工况的需求相适应的缺点。
