The invention discloses a pre-lapping method of a scaffold at a ship bulkhead butt joint seam, which comprises the following steps of: 1, manufacturing a chuck cross rod tool which comprises a clamping plate and a cross plate, arranging a clamping groove on the clamping plate, arranging a threaded hole on one side of the clamping plate, arranging an adjusting bolt penetrating through the threadedhole, the transverse plate is fixedly mounted on the other side of the clamping plate; 2, when the bulkhead plate is in a horizontal state, performing operation, and installing the chuck cross rod tool on angle steel on the bulkhead plate; 3, placing the two ends of the scaffold steel pipe at the ends, connected with the front side bulkhead and the rear side bulkhead, of the angle steel correspondingly, and binding and fixing the scaffold steel pipe and the transverse plate; and 4, laying the scaffold board on the scaffold steel pipes, and binding and fixing the scaffold board and the scaffoldsteel pipes. The method is easy to operate, convenient to implement and high in carrying efficiency, burn-in does not need to be conducted on a ship body structure, the workload of scaffold erectionpersonnel is reduced, and the construction efficiency of the block carrying stage is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶隔舱对接缝处脚手架的预搭方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、制作夹头横杆工装,所述夹头横杆工装包括夹装板及横板,所述夹装板上设置有夹装槽,所述夹装板的一侧设置有螺纹孔,贯穿所述螺纹孔设置有调节螺栓,所述夹装板的另一侧固定安装有所述横板;步骤二、隔舱板卧态时进行作业,将夹头横杆工装安装在隔舱板上的角钢上;步骤三、将脚手钢管的两端分别放置在角钢连接前侧隔舱板、后侧隔舱板的一端,将脚手钢管与横板捆绑固定;步骤四、将脚手板铺设在脚手钢管上,脚手板与脚手钢管捆绑固定。本发明操作简单、实施方便,搭载效率高,无需在船体结构上进行烧焊,减轻了脚手搭设人员的工作量,提高了总段搭载阶段的施工效率。
