The invention discloses a maintenance platform and vehicle door alignment isolation system and method for an unmanned train, and the method comprises the steps: building a communication network amongan operation control center, a station and a train, transmitting data, virtualizing vehicle depot and a platform door facility of a parking space of a garage line in a parking lot, and converting theplatform door facility into a virtual platform door state of the parking space, periodically sending to the operation control center, converting the virtual platform door state into a corresponding train door isolation state, the corresponding train door isolation state being sent to the train. The train door is controlled to be opened and closed during parking, a standardized communication interface and a protocol are adopted to adapt to universal manufacturer system equipment, the alignment isolation function of the maintenance platform and the train door can be achieved, operation and maintenance are more convenient. And the personal safety is guaranteed more reliably.
