The system comprises the components of: anengine output shaft, a gearbox input shaft, a gearbox input shaft gear, a first synchronizer, a gear gear train, a gearbox output shaft, a gear shifting synchronizer, a gearbox output shaft gear, a motor output shaft, a motor output shaft gear, an intermediate shaft first gear, an intermediate shaft, a second synchronizer and an intermediate shaft second gear. The first synchronizer is used for connecting or disconnecting the gearbox input shaft with the gearbox input shaft gear; the gear shifting synchronizer is used for connecting or disconnecting the gear train and the gearbox output shaft; the second synchronizer is used for connecting or disconnecting the intermediate shaft first gear and the intermediate shaft. The technical problem that functions of gear shifting torque compensation, engine stopping and starting, gear utilization of a gearbox by a motor and the like cannot be achieved at the same time in the prior art can be solved.
