The invention belongs to the technical field of communication information interaction, and discloses a two-way communication buoy control system applied to an ocean buoy and a communication method. Anupper computer is used for being connected to an Internet-of-Things transparent transmission cloud, sending a control signal, processing a data signal transmitted by a lower computer, storing the data signal and displaying the data signal in real time; the Internet-of-Things transparent transmission cloud is used for bidirectionally transmitting information of the upper and lower computers; the lower computer is used for receiving a control instruction of the upper computer and operating the sensor through the control circuit; the control circuit periodically collects data of each sensor, arranges and uploads the data to the Internet-of-Things transparent transmission cloud, and finally displays the data to a user through the upper computer. According to the invention, a traditional one-way data acquisition mode is no longer adopted, but a two-way communication control system is adopted. According to the system, the functions of traditional marine hydrological data real-time acquisition and transmission and marine safety monitoring can be achieved, meanwhile, the buoy can be controlled through the shore station, and real-time monitoring, posture adjustment, maintenance and even simple repair of the sensor state of the buoy are achieved.

    本发明属于通信信息交互技术领域,公开了一种应用于海洋浮标的双向通信浮标控制系统及通信方法,上位机用于连接到物联网透传云,发送控制信号和处理下位机传送的数据信号,存储和实时显示;物联网透传云用于双向传输上下位机的信息;下位机用于接收到上位机的控制指令,通过控制电路操作传感器;控制电路定期收集各传感器的数据,整理和上传到物联网透传云,最后通过上位机展现给用户。本发明不再是传统的单向数据采集的方式,而是双向通讯控制系统。既能实现传统的海洋水文数据实时采集和传送,海洋安全监测的功能,同时还能通过岸站,对浮标进行操控,实现浮标的传感器状态实时监测、姿态调整、保养维护甚至进行简单修复。
