The invention discloses an urban intelligent parking space detection method and device, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting an urban parking lot image data set, calibrating the data set of vehicles in a detection area, and determining a used one-stage target detection algorithm model; constructing a feature extraction up-sampling layer based on a scaling coefficient; constructing an upper sampling layer based on partial/overall region feature extraction; model training; and performing real-time detection and identification on the number of vehicles in the urban parking lot completed by the trained model in an actual system, and further calculating the remaining parking spaces of the parking lot. The method has the advantages that partial andglobal details of the target object are obtained at the same time, more detection target features can be extracted in the up-sampling process, and then the target detection precision of the model is improved.
本发明公开了一种城市智能停车位检测方法、设备及可读存储介质,方法包括如下步骤:采集城市停车场图像数据集,对检测区域内车辆进行数据集的标定,确定使用的一阶段目标检测算法模型;构建基于缩放系数的特征提取上采样层;构建基于部分/整体区域特征提取上采样层;模型训练;将训练好的模型在实际系统中完成城市停车场中的车辆数量进行实时检测识别,进而计算停车场剩余车位。本发明的优点在于同时获取目标对象的部分和全局的细节,在上采样过程就能够提取更多的检测目标特征,进而提高模型的目标检测精度。
