The skew detection cargo carrying platform comprises a vertical frame and a cargo carryingplatform body; an outer detection frame is arranged at the top of the cargo carrying platform body, and the front part and the rear part of the top face of the cargo carrying platform body are slidably connected with pallet fork assemblies; the four corners of the top face of the cargo carrying platform body are each provided with a non-contact-type inclination detection sensor; the front parts and the rear parts of the left side and the right side of the outer detection frame are each provided with a distance detection sensor; the cargo carrying platform body further comprises a control module which comprises a processing chip and an alarming unit; and the processing chip is in communication connection with the pallet fork assemblies, the distance detection sensors, the non-contact-type inclination detection sensors and the alarming unit. Under the premise of not changing the shape of a cargo carrying platform of a traditional stacker, horizontal postures of the cargo carrying platform in the four directions are detected in real time through the four non-contact-type inclination detection sensors, and on the basis, safety accidents that pallet forks scratch pallets and cargo shelves when stretching out, the pallets are turned over and fall, and the pallets collide with the stacker are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种基于倾角检测堆垛机的歪斜检测载货台,包括竖直框架、载货台,载货台顶部设有外检测框架,载货台顶面前后滑动连接有货叉组件,载货台顶面四角各设有一个非接触式倾角检测传感器,外检测框架左右两侧前后各设有一个距离检测传感器,载货台还包括控制模块,控制模块包括处理芯片、报警单元,处理芯片分别与货叉组件、距离检测传感器、非接触式倾角检测传感器以及报警单元通信连接。本发明在不改变传统堆垛机载货台外形的前提下,通过四个非接触式倾角检测传感器来实时检测载货台在四个方向上的水平姿态,并以此作为依据,避免出现货叉伸出时剐蹭托盘、货架,发生托盘翻倒坠落、托盘与堆垛机碰撞等安全事故。
