The invention provides a lunar surface cryogenic propellant lossless storage device which comprises a cryogenic liquid storage tank and a gas container, the cryogenic liquid storage tank is fixed to the lunar surface through supporting legs, and the gas container is fixed to the cryogenic liquid storage tank through a low-heat-conduction connecting rod; a first connecting pipe is arranged at the top of the low-temperature liquid storage tank, a second connecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the gas container, a stop valve is arranged on the connecting pipe, and the first connecting pipe communicates with the second connecting pipe through a low-heat-conduction pipe; the outer surface of the low-temperature liquid storage tank is covered with multiple heat insulation layers, a liquid filling valve and a liquid discharge valve are arranged at the bottom of the low-temperature liquid storage tank, and a first pressurizing pipe, a first safety valve and a first pressure release valveare arranged at the top of the low-temperature liquid storage tank. A second pressurizing pipe is arranged at the top of the gas container and provided with a second pressure reducing valve and a second check valve, and a second safety valve and a second pressure relief valve are arranged at the top of the gas container; liquid oxygen and liquid methane lunar surface zero-evaporation storage is achieved, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, reliable in equipment operation and the like.
