The invention provides a magnetic wheel structure capable of being rapidly disassembled and assembled. The magnetic wheel structure comprises a hub, a permanent magnet and a key connecting mechanism.The permanent magnet is adopted as a source of adsorption force, safety and reliability are achieved, extra energy consumption is not needed, magnets with different magnetic force and numbers can be flexibly selected according to the size of loads, and the structure is suitable for various small climbing robots such as reconnaissance robots and is diversified in application scene. And in order torealize quick disassembly and assembly of the wheel, a key connection mechanism is adopted, so that the installation difficulty of the wheel is greatly reduced, the wheel can be assembled simply by pressing down a button of the mechanism, penetrating the wheel onto a wheel shaft and slightly adjusting, and the wheel can be pulled out simply by pressing down the button during disassembly. By the adoption of the structure, the robot assembling time can be greatly shortened, and the magnetic wheel structure is suitable for robots needing to be rapidly assembled and deployed.

    本发明提出的一种可快速拆装的磁性车轮结构,包括轮毂、永磁铁和键连接机构。本发明采用永磁铁作为吸附力的来源,安全可靠,不需要额外消耗能量,可根据负载的大小灵活选取不同磁力和数量的磁铁,适用于各类小型攀爬机器人,比如侦察机器人等,应用场景多样。而且为了实现车轮的快速拆装,本发明采用键连接机构,极大地降低了车轮的安装难度,只需要按下机构的按钮,将车轮穿到轮轴上,稍作调整即可完成组装,拆卸时也只需按下按钮,将车轮拔出即可。采用这种结构可大大降低机器人组装的时间,适合于需要快速组装部署的机器人。
