The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft canopy design, and particularly relates to a transparent structure. The transparent structure comprises an outer layer made of a first transparent material and used for bearing impact load; an inner layer, which is made of a second transparent material and is impact-resistant; and a middle layer, which is made of a third transparent materialand arranged between the outer layer and the inner layer. The outer surface of the middle layer is attached to the inner surface of the outer layer, the inner surface of the middle layer is attachedto the outer surface of the inner layer, and therefore impact can be dispersed and transmitted to the inner layer. On the other hand, the invention relates to an aircraft canopy, which comprises an aircraft canopy body formed by the transparent structure.
