The invention relates to a locking device, in particular to an unpowered self-locking device for locking a bar material. The problems of complex operation, time and labor consumption, low working efficiency and low safety when manual operation is adopted for locking, and when a power device is used for locking, the existing power device is complex in structure, inconvenient to transfer, poor in flexibility and low in automation degree are solved. The self-locking device is characterized in that the device comprises an underframe, an upright frame and a base which are arranged on the underframeand fixedly connected with the underframe, two swing rod assemblies, lifting assemblies and rotating assemblies; the base is positioned inside the upright frame and used for radially limiting the lower end of the bar material; the two swing rod assemblies are arranged at the top of the upright frame, two sides of a bar material inlet are each provided with the corresponding swing rod assembly, swing rods in the swing rod assemblies are driven to swing through the advancing thrust of the bar material in the horizontal direction, and the upper end of the bar material is radially locked; and rotating rods in the rotating assemblies are driven to swing through the dead weight of the bar material, ejector pins in the lifting assemblies are driven to move up and down to lock and unlock the swinging rod assemblies.

    本发明涉及一种锁紧装置,特别涉及一种用于锁紧棒料的无动力自锁紧装置,解决了采用人工操作锁紧时,其操作复杂、费时费力、工作效率和安全性均较低;及采用动力装置锁紧时,现有动力装置结构复杂,不便于转运,灵活性较差,自动化程度不高的问题。该自锁紧装置的特殊在于:包括底架、设置在底架上且与底架固连的立架与底座、两组摆杆组件、升降组件及旋转组件;底座位于立架内部,用于对棒料下端径向限位;两组摆杆组件设在立架顶部,在棒料入口两侧各设一组,通过棒料在水平方向的行进推力,驱动摆杆组件中的摆杆摆动,对棒料上端径向锁紧;通过棒料自重驱动旋转组件中的旋转杆摆动,带动升降组件中的顶销上下运动,对摆杆组件锁定与解锁。
