After a vehicle runs for more than first set time t1, the vehicle is shut down, a pressure sensor used for detecting the pressure of an oil tank is detected, after it is determined that the pressure sensor is normal, an oil tank is heated through waste heat of an exhaust pipeline, the pressure P1 monitored by the pressure sensor is compared with a set limiting value, and the fuel evaporation leakage condition of the oil tank is judged. The detection method is simple and efficient, the leakage condition of an oil tank pipeline can be accurately judged, pressurization equipment does not need to be additionally arranged, the cost is low, and great popularization value is achieved.

    本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,具体地指一种车辆燃油蒸发泄漏的诊断方法。在车辆运行超过第一设定时间t1后将车辆熄火,对用于检测油箱压力的压力传感器进行检测,确定压力传感器正常后,利用排气管路余热对油箱进行加热,将压力传感器监测到的压力P1与设定的限值进行对比,判断油箱燃油蒸发泄漏情况。本发明的检测方法简单,高效,针对油箱管路的泄露情况能够进行准确的判断,无需增加加压设备,成本低廉,具有极大的推广价值。
