The invention discloses a lowering device for a sea area bearing platform pile foundation reinforcement cage. The device comprises supporting I-beams arranged above a bearing platform steel hanging box, connecting I-beams welded between the supporting I-beams, vertical supporting I-beams above the supporting I-beams, a connecting system between the vertical supporting I-beams, and a walkway structure and an elevator cage arranged above the vertical supporting I-beams, wherein a protective net is arranged on the periphery of the walkway structure. The device has the beneficial effects that a floating crane is replaced for lowering the sea area bearing platform pile foundation reinforcement cage, and the situation that when the floating crane is adopted for lowering the reinforcement cage for sleeve connection construction, offshore wind and waves influence the floating crane, and then sleeves cannot be aligned and connected is avoided.
