The invention discloses a multi-variable-frequency drive integrated tower crane control method. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, an S1 signal line and an S2 signal line are addedon a current sampling line of an inverter unit and a variable-frequency main control board in a tower crane variable-frequency cabinet, and the S1 signal line and the S2 signal line are connected into a detection module for detecting and distinguishing a lifting module, a rotating module and an amplitude variation module; and the detection module inputs a detection result into the variable-frequency main control board to call a corresponding program to control lifting, rotation and amplitude variation. A control system constructed according to the above method comprises the inverter unit, thevariable-frequency main control board, the current sampling line and the detection module, and the inverter unit and the frequency conversion main control board are connected with the current sampling line; the output end of the current sampling line is provided with the S1 signal line and the S2 signal line, and the S1 signal line and the S2 signal line are connected with the detection module; and the output end of the detection module is connected with the variable-frequency main control board. According to the control method and the control system, the compatibility can be improved, and the advantages of being low in cost and convenient to use are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种多变频驱动一体化塔机控制方法,该方法先在塔机变频柜中的逆变单元和变频主控板的电流采样线上增加S1信号线和S2信号线,将S1信号线和S2信号线接入检测模块中进行检测和区分起升、回转和变幅模块,检测模块将检测结果输入变频主控板调用对应程序控制起升、回转和变幅。依据上述方法所构建的控制系统,包括逆变单元、变频主控板、电流采样线和检测模块,逆变单元和变频主控板均与电流采样线连接;电流采样线的输出端设有S1信号线和S2信号线,S1信号线和S2信号线均与检测模块连接;检测模块的输出端与变频主控板连接。本发明不仅能够提升兼容性,还具有成本低和使用方便的优点。
