The invention discloses an optimal pose fitting method for posture adjustment of a large aircraft component, which solves a pose transformation matrix of the component by combining a PSO algorithm with a WSVD algorithm according to different tolerance requirements of posture adjustment measurement points on the large component. The method comprises the steps: taking the minimum comprehensive conversion residual error of the attitude adjustment datum points with high tolerance requirements as an optimization target, taking the condition that the conversion errors of all the attitude adjustmentdatum points are within the tolerance requirement range as a constraint condition, setting a weight for each attitude adjustment datum point by utilizing a PSO algorithm, and substituting the weight into a WSVD algorithm to solve a pose transformation matrix of the part. The method can effectively avoid point out-of-tolerance with high tolerance requirements when a conventional SVD algorithm is used for pose fitting, manual intervention judgment can be effectively reduced during pose adjustment, the pose adjustment frequency is reduced, and the pose adjustment efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种针对飞机大部件调姿的最佳位姿拟合方法,该方法针对大部件上调姿测量点对公差要求的不同,利用PSO算法结合WSVD算法来求解部件的位姿变换矩阵。以公差要求高的调姿基准点的综合转换残差最小为优化目标,以全部调姿基准点的转换误差都在公差要求范围内为约束条件,利用PSO算法为每个调姿基准点设置权值,并将权值带入WSVD算法中求解部件的位姿变换矩阵。该方法可以有效避免传统的SVD算法进行位姿拟合时造成公差要求高的点超差,在调姿时可有效减少人工干预判断,降低调姿次数,提高调姿效率。
