The invention discloses an electric scooter with a battery anti-theft function, which comprises a pedal, a rear wheel which is rotatably connected to the rear end of the pedal and is driven by a motor, a foldable handlebar which is rotatably connected to the front end of the pedal through a bearing, a front wheel which is rotatably connected to the lower part of the foldable handlebar, and a battery which is arranged in the pedal and has an anti-theft alarm function, by arranging the brake, a wheel rotating shaft of the scooter can be automatically braked when the scooter is parked, potentialsafety hazards caused by self-sliding of the scooter are prevented, when the scooter is used, braking of the brake to wheels can be relieved by directly stepping on the cylindrical block on the pedal,and the scooter is very convenient to use, and furthermore in the running process of the scooter, the brake can be used for braking the scooter axle by lifting and treading the heel of the columnar block, so that the braking and decelerating effects are achieved.
