A control method for a large negative relay of a large integrated architecture of a pure electric vehicle under a communication fault comprises at least one of a control process under the communication fault of a BMS and a VCU and a control process under the communication fault of an MCU and the VCU, and the control process under the communication fault of the BMS and the VCU mainly comprises thesteps that when the VCU returns to the BMS, the main negative relay is allowed to be disconnected; and if the main negative disconnection instruction sent by the BMS is not received for the set time,the VCU directly sends an instruction of disconnecting the main negative relay to the PDU, and the control process under the communication fault of the MCU and the VCU mainly comprises the step that the MCU autonomously and sequentially carries out operations of disconnecting the accessory relay/main drive relay, carrying out active discharge and disconnecting the main negative relay. According tothe method, the main negative relay can be stopped in time under the extreme condition of communication faults, the application range is wide, and safety is high.

    一种通信故障下纯电动汽车大集成架构主负继电器的控制方法,包括BMS与VCU通信故障下的控制工艺,以及MCU与VCU通信故障下的控制工艺中的至少一种,其中,BMS与VCU通信故障下的控制工艺主要包括当VCU回复BMS允许断开主负继电器,若持续设定时间没有收到BMS发送的主负断开指令,VCU则直接向PDU发送断开主负继电器的指令,MCU与VCU通信故障下的控制工艺主要包括MCU自主的依次进行断开附件继电器/主驱继电器、进行主动放电、断开主负继电器的操作。本设计不仅能在通信故障的极端情况下及时终止主负继电器,而且应用范围较广,安全性较强。
