The present subject matter relates to an electric vehicle thermal management system comprising at least one air conditioning system and a battery thermal management system, with a battery, for being used in hot climate region. The system comprising: a refrigerant cycle comprising a compressor, a first condenser, a second condenser; expansion devices, and an evaporator, wherein the compressor beingconfigured to compress refrigerant vapours by increasing temperature and pressure of a refrigerant; and wherein the first condenser and the second condenser being configured to condense high pressureand high temperature of the refrigerant; and a coolant cycle comprising an electric water pump, a battery heat exchanger, the first condenser, and a heater, wherein the electric water pump being configured to pump a coolant into the coolant cycle, the first condenser being configured to heat the coolant using the heat captured from the refrigerant cycle and configured to transfer the heated coolant to the heater.
