The rotary construction channel device crossing a platform rail line space meets the requirements of simultaneous construction of two adjacent platforms, simultaneousconstruction between the rail line space and the platforms, and traffic passing at any time after the rail line space is constructed or of an existing rail line space.

    本发明公开了一种跨站台轨道线间的旋转式施工通道装置,包括竖钢管和导向钢管,竖钢管由钢胎架支撑,竖钢管上部外壁焊接环型支撑钢板,支撑钢板上设有多个千斤顶,导向钢管底部活动插入竖钢管顶口中,导向钢管顶部与顶升钢板底面焊接,顶升钢板顶面与精密交叉滚子轴承的底座焊接,精密交叉滚子轴承的底座上安装的滚子轴承上设有跨站台平板。当需要旋转跨站台平板时,控制各千斤顶同步顶升来使导向钢管、顶升钢板、精密交叉滚子轴承和跨站台平板一同顶起,跨站台平板升高离开钢胎架并在滚子轴承的旋转带动下实现旋转。本发明满足了相邻两站台同时施工、轨道线间与站台同时施工以及施工完毕或既有轨道线间随时通车的需求。
