The invention provides a bridge crane track adjustment method. The method comprises the following steps that step one, a plurality of leveling mechanisms are pre-buried on bridge crane beams on both sides of a workshop; step two, each track is installed on each leveling mechanism; step three, a measuring device and a distance measuring device are placed on the tracks on both sides of the workshoprespectively, and the distance value between the tracks on both sides between the devices is measured through the measuring device and the distance measuring device, and the measuring device is used to measure the difference value between the track and a reference plane; step four, the measuring device is placed on another track to measure the difference value between the track and the reference plane; and step five, according to the distance value and the difference values, the leveling mechanisms are used to adjust the tracks on both sides of the workshop to parallelism and in the same reference plane. The method is used to solve the problems that when workers work at high altitudes for a long time, large hidden safety hazards exist, labor intensity of the workers is high, and accuracy of detection results is low.
