The invention provides a near space continuous flight pico-nano satellite which continuously flies in a near space with the orbit height of 80-200 kilometers, the atmospheric environment of the near space is rarefied atmosphere, and the near space continuous flight pico-nano satellite comprises a cabin body configured to accommodate a satellite platform and a power system; a thermal control shellwhich is configured to wrap the cabin body so as to maintain the temperature in the cabin body below a threshold temperature; an antenna which arranged on the thermal control housing; and a solar wingwhich is arranged on the body side of the cabin body so as to drive the cabin body to maintain ascending force in a thin atmospheric environment.
