The invention relates to the field of new energy vehicles, and discloses a doorsill assembly for a vehicle and the vehicle with the doorsill assembly. The doorsill assembly comprises an outer doorsilland an inner doorsill which are connected, and is characterized in that an accommodating cavity is formed between the outer doorsill and the inner doorsill; a rolling steel component is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected to the inner side of the outer doorsill, and the rolling steel component is formed through a rolling die of a front bumper of the vehicle; and reinforcing piecesare arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected between the inner doorsill and the rolling steel component, and the multiple reinforcing pieces are arranged in the extending direction of the accommodating cavity at intervals. The vehicle comprises the doorsill assembly and further comprises a floor provided with a power battery pack, wherein the doorsill assembly is connected with the floor. The strength, rigidity, bending resistance and torsion resistance of the doorsill assembly are improved through the combination of the rolling steel component and the reinforcing pieces, lateral collision energy can be effectively absorbed, the safety of the power battery pack and the whole vehicle is improved, the rolling steel component is formed through the rolling die of the front bumper ofthe vehicle, a forming die of the rolling steel component does not need to be additionally arranged, and the forming process cost is low.
