The invention discloses a multi-suspension external connection system on an electric automobile, which comprises a frame and a suspension connecting device, wherein the frame comprises a rear cross beam, a left longitudinal beam, a right longitudinal beam, a short longitudinal beam and three cross beams which are connected with one another; the suspension connecting device comprises a left connecting unit, a right connecting unit and a rear connecting unit; the part, which is clamped between the first cross beam and the second cross beam, of the short longitudinal beam is connected with the top end of the left connecting unit; the part, which is clamped between the first cross beam and the second cross beam, of the right longitudinal beam is connected with the top end of the right connecting unit; the part, which is clamped between the right longitudinal beam and the short longitudinal beam, of the third cross beam is connected with the top end of the rear connecting unit; and the bottom ends of the left connecting unit, the right connecting unit and the rear connecting unit are each provided with a pipe penetrating shaft to be connected with corresponding damping modules on left,middle and rear suspensions. According to the design, the assembling difficulty is low, the assembling efficiency is high, the manufacturing cost is low, and the vibration reduction effect is good.

    一种电动汽车上多悬置的外连接系统,包括车架与悬置连接装置,所述车架包括相互交接的后横梁、左纵梁、右纵梁、短纵梁及三根横梁,所述悬置连接装置包括左连接单元、右连接单元与后连接单元,短纵梁上夹于一、二号横梁之间的部位与左连接单元的顶端相连,右纵梁上夹于一、二号横梁之间的部位与右连接单元的顶端相连接,三号横梁上夹于右纵梁、短纵梁之间的部位与后连接单元的顶端相连接,左、右、后连接单元的底端都设置有一根穿管轴以与对应的左、中、后悬置上的减震模块相连接。本设计不仅合装难度较小,装配效率较高,而且制作成本较低,减振效果较强。
