The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile battery detection, and particularly relates to a probability mutation rule-based voltage abnormal monomer identification algorithm, which comprises the following steps of: a data acquisition step: acquiring voltage data of a battery monomer by taking a vehicle as a unit; an analysis and screening step: performing statistical analysis on the voltage data; analyzing cumulative voltage frequency distribution smaller than a preset voltage value in a cumulative frequency mode, screening out a corresponding voltage value when the cumulativevoltage frequency is smaller than X, and recording the voltage value as a low-voltage threshold value; analyzing cumulative voltage frequency distribution greater than a preset voltage value in a cumulative frequency mode, screening out a corresponding voltage value when the cumulative voltage frequency is less than X, and recording the voltage value as a high-voltage threshold; and a battery monomer inspection step: carrying out statistical analysis on the data of the battery monomer. By using the algorithm, the effective utilization rate of the battery data can be improved, and the single battery with abnormal voltage can be quickly identified.
