The invention relates to a smart city safety monitoring method based on artificial intelligence. The method comprises the steps that an administrator client acquires a target vehicle image according to a license plate number and vehicle registration information and generates a vehicle monitoring query request; the vehicle monitoring acquisition module acquires a target monitoring video according to the vehicle monitoring query request so as to obtain a vehicle monitoring image packet, and generates monitoring angle information according to the installation position, the installation orientation and the installation height of the monitoring equipment corresponding to the target monitoring video; the image preprocessing module removes redundant information of the target vehicle image to obtain a vehicle standard image; the prediction image generation module generates a plurality of vehicle prediction images at different monitoring angles according to the vehicle standard image and the monitoring angle information, and performs feature normalization discrimination on the vehicle prediction images to obtain a vehicle prediction image packet; and the target vehicle identification moduleinputs the vehicle monitoring image packet and the vehicle prediction image packet into a vehicle identification convolutional neural network model to obtain a target vehicle query result.

    本发明涉及一种基于人工智能的智慧城市安全监控方法,其包括:管理员客户端根据车牌号和车辆登记信息获取目标车辆图像并生成车辆监控查询请求;车辆监控获取模块根据车辆监控查询请求获取目标监控视频以得到车辆监控图像包,并根据目标监控视频对应的监控设备的安装位置、安装方位和安装高度生成监控角度信息;图像预处理模块去除目标车辆图像的冗余信息以得到车辆标准图像;预测图像生成模块根据车辆标准图像和监控角度信息生成不同监控角度下的若干个车辆预测图像,并对其进行特征归一化判别得到车辆预测图像包;目标车辆识别模块将车辆监控图像包和车辆预测图像包输入车辆识别卷积神经网络模型得到目标车辆查询结果。
