The invention discloses an oily water cleaning device for ships. The oily water cleaning device comprises a water injection pipe, an oil-water separation tank and a sedimentation tank, wherein the oil-water separation tank comprises a tank body, a plurality of oil baffle plates and a plurality of oil-water separation membranes; the oil baffle plates and the oil-water separation membranes are botharranged in the tank body; the oil baffle plates and the oil-water separation membranes are both vertically arranged; the oil baffle plates and the oil-water separation membranes are alternately arranged; the oil-water separation membranes are connected with the bottom surface of the tank body, and a gap is reserved between the oil baffle plates and the bottom surface of the tank body. The sedimentation tank comprises a plurality of groups of sedimentation units, a water distribution pipe group and a sediment collection tank, wherein the plurality of groups of sedimentation units are sequentially arranged along the transverse direction, and each sedimentation unit comprises a plurality of water inlet holes which are arranged along the vertical direction. The oily water cleaning device disclosed by the invention not only can remove greasy dirt, but also can remove flocculate with the density equivalent to that of water, and is high in sewage treatment efficiency, compact in structure, small in size and suitable for being used on a ship.
本发明公开了一种船用油污水清洁装置,包括注水管、油水分离槽和沉淀池。其中,所述油水分离槽包括槽体、多个挡油板和多个油水分离膜;所述挡油板和所述油水分离膜均设置于所述槽体的内部,所述挡油板和所述油水分离膜均沿竖向设置,所述挡油板和所述油水分离膜交替设置,所述油水分离膜与所述槽体的底面连接,所述挡油板与所述槽体的底面留有间隙;所述沉淀池包括多组沉淀单元、配水管组以及沉淀收集池;多组沉淀单元沿横向依次设置,每个所述沉淀单元均包括沿竖向排列的多个进水孔。本发明的这种船用油污水清洁装置不仅可以去除油污,还可以去除密度和水相当的絮凝物,而且污水处理效率高,而且结构紧凑,体积小,适合在船上使用。
