The invention relates to a construction method for lifting a component by using an unconventional lifting device. The method is characterized in that firstly, an auxiliary device for lifting the component by using the unconventional lifting device is manufactured, wherein the auxiliary device comprises two U-shaped connecting parts which are symmetrically arranged on a lower flange plate of an H-shaped steel beam, lifting lugs, a bolt and wedge iron, and is characterized in that the lifting lugs are connected to lower cover plates of the two U-shaped connecting parts, bolt holes are formed inthe upper ends of the lifting lugs, and lifting holes are formed in the middles of the lifting lugs; the two lifting lugs are connected into a whole through the bolt; and the wedge iron is formed by machining a steel sheet; and during construction, the two U-shaped connecting parts are symmetrically placed on the lower flange plate of the H-shaped steel beam, then the U-shaped connecting parts arefirmly fixed through the wedge iron, the two lifting lugs are connected into a whole through the bolt, and finally a chain block is hung in the lifting holes so that the lifting operation work can beconducted. According to the method, the operation is easy, the disassembly is convenient, and the reuse is achieved; and the problem that the lifting lugs are inconvenient to weld on a crane beam, and then the lifting operation cannot be conducted are effectively solved.

    本发明涉及一种利用非常规起重设备进行构件吊装的施工方法,首先制作利用非常规起重设备进行构件吊装的辅助装置,所述装置包括对称放置在H型钢梁的下翼缘板上的2个U形连接部件、吊耳、螺栓、锲铁,其特征在于:在所述2个U形连接部件的下盖板上连接有吊耳,在吊耳上端开有螺栓孔中部位置开有吊装孔;所述螺栓将两个吊耳连成一体;锲铁由钢板加工而成;施工时首先将2个U形连接部件对称放置在H型钢梁的下翼缘板上,随后用锲铁将U形连接部件固定牢固,用螺栓将两个吊耳连成一体,最后将倒链挂在吊装孔内即可进行吊装作业工作,本发明操作简单,拆除方便并可重复使用,有效解决了不便于在吊车梁上焊接吊耳,无法进行吊装作业的难题。
