The invention discloses an escalator safety circuit fault positioning device. The problems that in the prior art, an escalator safety switch is connected into a control cabinet, cables are messy, andpotential safety hazards exist are solved. The device comprises a safety switch assembly and a motor power supply controller, the safety switch assembly comprises first contacts, the first contacts and a motor power supply controller coil are connected in series to form a first loop, the device further comprises a constant current source, a voltage detection unit, a processing unit and a pluralityof resistors, the resistors and the constant current source are connected in series to form a second loop, and the voltage detection unit is connected to the constant current source in parallel; andthe safety switch assembly further comprises second contacts acting according to faults of a safety part, each second contact corresponds to one resistor, one end of each second contact is connected with the first end of the constant-current source, and the other end of each second contact is connected with the end, connected with the second end of the constant-current source, of the correspondingresistor. According to the escalator safety circuit fault positioning device, each safety switch does not need to be connected into a control cabinet, and each safety switch can be accurately positioned. The number of cables is reduced, and the safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种扶梯安全回路故障定位装置。解决现有技术中自动扶梯安全开关接入控制柜,电缆凌乱,存在安全隐患的问题。装置包括安全开关组件和电机电源控制器,安全开关组件包括第一触点,各第一触点和电机电源控制器线圈串联成第一回路,还包括恒流源、电压检测单元、处理单元、若干电阻,各电阻和恒流源串联成第二回路,电压检测单元并接在恒流源上,安全开关组件还包括根据安全部件故障动作的第二触点,每个第二触点对应一个电阻,第二触点一端与恒流源第一端连接,第二触点另一端与对应电阻连接恒流源第二端的一端连接。本发明每一个安全开关不需要接入控制柜,可以精确定位到每一个安全开关。减少了电缆数量,提高了安全性。
