The connecting block is provided with awire passing hole for a steel wire rope to penetrate. The piston is pushed by water pressure to move inwards, the piston drives the limiting pin to be disengaged from the limiting groove through the steel wire rope, then the balancing weight is disengaged from the hydrological survey device, the hydrological survey device floats upwards to the water surface under the driving of buoyancy of the airchamber, so automatic recycling is achieved; the operation is convenient, and use is flexible.
