The crawler beam swing dismounting and mounting structure comprises a machine base, a crawler wheel assembly and a swing dismounting and mounting structure body, the crawler wheel assembly comprises crawler wheels, each crawler wheel comprises a crawler support extending in the front-back direction, and each crawler support comprises a mounting end and a connecting end which are oppositely arranged in the front-back direction; the swing dismounting and mounting structure comprises a swing structure and a dismounting and mounting structure, the swing structure is arranged between the connectingend and the machine base and used for enabling the connecting end to be rotatably mounted on the machine base along the vertical axis, the dismounting and mounting structure comprises a connecting part and a matching part which are correspondingly arranged on the mounting end and the machine base respectively, and the matching part is located on the rotating stroke of the connecting part; the connecting part is used for rotating to be detachably connected with the matching part. Therefore, the mounting ends of the crawler wheels can be quickly disassembled and swing around the connecting ends, connection between the crawler wheels and the machine base is guaranteed, dismounting and mounting are convenient when maintenance is needed, the whole chassis does not need to be disassembled, thereplacement efficiency is high, and time and labor are saved.
本发明公开一种履带梁摆动拆装结构及特种机器人,履带梁摆动拆装结构包括机座、履带轮组件以及摆动拆装结构,履带轮组件包括履带轮,履带轮包括沿前后向延伸的履带支架,沿前后向上,履带支架包括相对设置的安装端和连接端,摆动拆装结构包括摆动结构和拆装结构,摆动结构设于连接端与机座之间,用以使得连接端沿上下向轴线转动安装于机座,拆装结构包括分别对应设于安装端和机座上的连接部和配合部,配合部处于连接部的转动行程上,连接部用以转动至与配合部可拆卸连接。如此实现履带轮的安装端可快速拆卸,并且绕连接端摆动,既保证了履带轮与机座的连接,又使得在需要维护时便于拆装,无需拆卸整个底盘,更换效率高,省时省力。
