The invention discloses a railway monitoring device based on informatization; the device comprises a pedestal, wherein the bottom of the pedestal is provided with a shock absorber, and the upper surface of the pedestal is not higher than the lower surface of a sleeper; and a monitoring assembly, wherein the monitoring assembly comprises two monitoring sub-assemblies which are symmetrically arranged, and each sub-monitoring assembly comprises two L-shaped resistance strain gauges, an infrared range finder and a strain gauge type deformation sensor; the two L-shaped resistance strain gauges areconnected to form a stair shape with two platforms; the upper surface of the first platform is just attached to the lower surface of a steel rail, and the upper surface of the second platform is justattached to the lower surface of a sleeper. The strain gauge type deformation sensor is connected between the two monitoring sub-assemblies. Infrared range finders are arranged on the strain gauges between the first platforms and the second platforms of the two sub-monitoring assemblies, and the infrared range finders of the two sub-monitoring assemblies are not located on the same horizontal plane. According to the invention, the distance change between railway steel rails and the connection condition between the steel rails and sleepers can be monitored in real time, and early warning is carried out.

    本发明公开了一种基于信息化的铁路监测装置,包括:底座,其底部设有减震器,所述底座的上表面不高于轨枕的下表面;监测组件,包括对称设置的两个监测子组件,子监测组件包括两个L型电阻应变片、红外测距器以及应变片式形变传感器;两个L型电阻应变片连接成具有两个平台的楼梯状;第一平台的上表面刚好贴合于钢轨的下表面,所述第二平台上表面刚好贴合于轨枕的下表面;两个监测子组件之间连接有应变片式形变传感器;两个子监测组件的第一平台和第二平台之间的应变片上设有红外测距器,且两个子监测组件的红外测距器不在同一水平面上。本发明具有能够实时监测铁路钢轨之间的距离变化、钢轨与轨枕之间的连接情况,并对其进行预警。
