The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic composite brake optimization control system and method. The optimization control system comprises a sensor group, a sensing signal acquisition unit, an ABScontrol unit, a CPU processor, an anti-lock braking system, a motor braking unit, a hydraulic braking unit and an energy recovery system, wherein the sensor group is connected with the ABS control unit through the sensing signal acquisition unit; the ABS control unit is connected with the CPU, and the CPU is connected with the anti-lock braking system, the motor braking unit, the hydraulic braking unit and the energy recovery system. According to the invention, the working principle is simple, braking safety and energy-saving control can be ensured through multi-objective optimization of theelectro-hydraulic composite braking system, and the electro-hydraulic composite braking system is convenient to apply and popularize.

    本发明公开了一种电液复合制动优化控制系统及方法,优化控制系统包括传感器组、传感信号采集单元、ABS控制单元、CPU处理器、防抱死系统、电机制动单元、液压制动单元和能量回收系统,传感器组通过传感信号采集单元连接ABS控制单元,ABS控制单元连接CPU处理器,CPU处理器分别连接防抱死系统、电机制动单元、液压制动单元和能量回收系统,本发明工作原理简单,能够通过对电液复合制动系统的多目标优化,确保制动安全和节能控制,便于推广使用。
