The invention discloses an overheating protection method, device and system for a pre-charging resistor and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining pre-charging flag bit state information within a first preset time period before a current time point when a pre-charging resistor fault flag bit state at the current time point is zero-cleared; predicting temperature informationof the pre-charging resistor at the current time point according to the state information of the pre-charging flag bit and the temperature information of the pre-charging resistor at the previous timepoint of the current time point; and when the temperature information of the pre-charging resistor at the current time point is greater than or equal to a first temperature threshold, if the state ofthe pre-charging resistor thermal protection flag bit is zero-cleared, setting the pre-charging resistor thermal protection flag bit. According to the method, on the premise that the hardware cost isnot additionally increased, the temperature of the pre-charging resistor is estimated, whether the pre-charging resistor is overheated or not is estimated, pre-charging is stopped or delayed before overheating, the service life of the pre-charging resistor is prolonged, the damage probability is reduced, and therefore the safety and reliability of a vehicle are guaranteed, and the labor cost of repairing is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种预充电阻的过热保护方法、装置、系统及存储介质。该方法包括:在当前时间点的预充电阻故障标志位状态为清零时,获取当前时间点之前第一预设时间段内的预充标志位状态信息;根据预充标志位状态信息以及当前时间点的前一时间点预充电阻的温度信息,预测当前时间点预充电阻的温度信息;在当前时间点预充电阻的温度信息大于等于第一温度阈值时,若预充电阻热保护标志位状态为清零,则对预充电阻热保护标志位进行置位处理。该方法不额外增加硬件成本的前提下,通过对预充电阻温度进行估算,推定预充电阻是否过热,在过热之前,终止或暂缓预充,延长预充电阻寿命,降低损坏概率,从而保证车辆的安全性、可靠性,减少修理人工成本。
