The invention relates to a thermal management system of an electric vehicle lithium battery pack, in particular to a passive heat dissipation treatment device based on sodium polyacrylate hydrogel. The device comprises an external frame of the battery pack, a lithium iron phosphate battery pack and sodium polyacrylate hydrogel loaded between the frame and the battery pack and is characterized in that the sodium polyacrylate hydrogel is loaded between single batteries of the battery pack. Tests show that the sodium polyacrylate hydrogel serving as a lithium iron phosphate ion battery pack heatdissipation system has the advantages that the temperature rise in the battery pack is reduced, the temperature gradient in the battery pack is reduced, the battery pack is kept in a safe working temperature range, and the service life of the battery pack can be prolonged.

    本发明涉及电动汽车锂电池组的热管理系统,具体为一种基于聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶的被动散热处理装置。其包括电池组的外部框架、磷酸铁锂电池组以及填充在框架和电池组中间的聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶,其特征在于,电池组的单片电池之间填充有聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶。通过试验,表明了聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶作为磷酸铁锂离电池组散热系统的优越性,包括降低电池组内的温升和减小电池组内的温度梯度、使电池组保持在安全的工作温度范围内以及可以延长电池组的使用寿命。
